MICHAEL G. FINK

Michael G. Fink is the founding partner of the firm.  While originally from South Carolina, Mr. Fink has lived and practiced law in Fort Myers since 1989.  He began his career in the area of insurance defense and eventually, through the formation Fink & Lane, P.A. in 1994, began the move to representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases.  Mr. Fink, being an experienced litigator, has conducted many jury trials.  Now, Mr. Fink focuses his practice in the areas of all types of personal injury, employment discrimination, complex business and commercial litigation including construction, medical malpractice and family law.  Notably, Mr. Fink is Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer and a Certified Civil Court Mediator for both county and circuit courts.  He has two children.

MARK A. BOYLE, SR.

Mark A. Boyle, Sr. came to the firm of Fink & Lane, P.A. in 1994 and eventually became a partner forming Fink & Boyle, P.A. in 1996.  Mr. Boyle began his career as an assistant county attorney with the Pasco County attorney’s office and also worked as general counsel for Armor Insurance in Tampa.  While with Armor, Mr. Boyle gained valuable knowledge and insight into the world of insurance litigation.  Equipped with this experience he join Fink & Lane, P.A.  Now, Mr. Boyle concentrates his practice in the all aspects and types of insurance including coverage denials, claim presentation, bad faith/extracontractual, and appeals.  Notably, Mr. Boyle has presented oral argument in appellate cases before the Second District Court of Appeals, the Florida Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.  He is married to Linda Boyle, and they have two children.

 

GEOFFREY H. GENTILE, SR.

Geoffrey H. Gentile, Sr. joined to the firm of Fink & Boyle, P.A. in 2004 and became a partner in 2008 forming Fink, Boyle & Gentile, P.A.  Mr. Gentile began his career as an associate in various law firms but eventually worked as in-house counsel and trial counsel to Nationwide and then State Farm insurance companies.  While insurance counsel, Mr. Gentile conducted numerous jury trials and became familiar with insurance company practices. Currently, Mr. Gentile concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial & business litigation, all types of personal injury, insurance defense, insurance coverage disputes, claim presentation, bad faith/extracontractual and employment law.  He is married to Kathe Gentile, and they have three children.

DEBBIE SINES CROCKETT

Debbie Sines Crockett joined the firm of Fink & Boyle, P.A. in 2005.  Mrs. Crockett moved from Maryland to Southwest Florida in 2004.  She began her legal career as a prosecutor in the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office.  Upon moving to Florida, she continued her commitment to public service by working as CLI prosecutor in the Office of the State Attorney of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in Naples.  Now as an associate with the firm, she assists the partners in the areas of personal injury, commercial & business litigation, insurance coverage disputes, claim presentation, bad faith, insurance defense, and appeals.  Notably, Mrs. Crockett is licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland as well as Florida.  She is married to Joshua Crockett.

JANE LANE, OF COUNSEL

Jane Lane is a founding partner of the firm of Fink & Lane, P.A.  She is a Certified Civil Court Mediator for both county and circuit courts and a Certified Family Law Mediator. Ms. Lane remains Of Counsel with Fink, Boyle & Gentile, P.A.
